Subscription will charge to the card you entered in August and then every 30 days thereafter. The box will ship on the 15th of the month or the following Monday. To cancel you must CALL the shop 15 days prior to the billing date, Subscription boxes are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
Marie's Mystery Sew Along Box
What is it?
  • a monthly box of fun you receive in the mail
  • a complete project kit
  • a private Facebook group with tips. tricks and videos to help you complete your project
  • a community to meet others who love to sew and quilt like you do!
What is included?
  • Each month your surprise box will be shipped on the 15th of the month for a year.
  • Everything to make that monthly project is included
  • Something extra!
  • Additional monthly block pattern with finishing instructions in month 12.
What is the cost?
  • Founding Member cost (up to 8/10/22) is $69.99 + $5.00 shipping
  • After 8/10/22 is will be $74.99 + $5.00 shipping
We will display any quilt blocks you choose to bring into the store. That way everyone can see your creativity.

Time to get creative! Download our Camper Quilt pattern designed by our own Shana, make it your own and post a picture as a comment n our Show Shana group with the words
"Entry for __(your name)___"
If you don't have a facebook account, have someone else post it for you with your name!
3 winners will be selected based on how many likes each picture gets. Prizes will be:
  • First: a Basket of fun quilting supplies
  • Second: a Quilt kit
  • Third: a Book and Fabric Bundle
If it Rains You Save!
Any day that it rains in August you Save at Marie's Hamburg or Lockport stores. If it rained or is raining in that location you save 20% on one item. If it's a downpour you save 30% on one item! And, if it snows in Lockport or Hamburg you get 50% off one item!

August 10-21 visit us at the Erie County Fair. Rain or shine, we'll be there in the Marketplace Building.
We are excited to offer fair pricing at both stores and at the fair during the event. We negotiate with our vendors to get the best prices for our customers.
Our two convenient locations in Lockport and Hamburg will be open regular hours during the fairs.
August 24-September 5 visit us at the New York State Fair in Syracuse. Rain or shine, we'll be there in the Horticulture Building.

School is starting soon!
Everybody needs new supplies to start the year. While you may not need pencils, notebooks and crayons your sewing supplies may need to be resupplied! We have everything to fully stock your sewing room: needles, pins, rotary blades, marking pens, Best Press, bobbins,Wonder Clips and more!

Marie's Sewing Center wants you to complete all your unfinished projects in 2022. Every month you can qualify to win a $25 Marie's Sewing Center gift card! Winner will be drawn on the Monday following the last day of each month in 2022!
Three easy steps:
1) Finish your project!!
2) Take a picture of it!
3) Email a photo of your project to mariescontest@gmail.com or post a photo of your project to Marie's Sewing Center Facebook or post to our Show Shana Facebook Group
Be sure to add the words "enter me in the monthly contest".

Open Sew in Hamburg
Open Sew is every Wednesday in Hamburg from 10:00 - 3:00. Bring a project you're working on, your sewing machine and supplies. Meet others who share your love of sewing! Have a question? We're here all day to help out! It's only $10 cash or $12 credit card for each Wednesday! You MUST sign up or call ahead.
