A Message from Marie & Don

We would like to announce that Marie’s Sewing Center is

DOWNSIZING.

WE ARE NOT CLOSING

We have decided to sell the Elma store. By selling I mean furniture & fixtures not the inventory. The price for all the furniture & fixtures is $6000.   There are around 4 years left in the lease. Rent is $1500 a month. Whoever purchases it will stock the store with their own inventory. 

I would be glad to go over numbers with anyone that is interested. I will also sell the furniture & fixtures to anyone that is interested without the lease option.

After November first we will be open in Elma on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 to 5.
